1. Compliance-centered business posture

American Aviation Group, Inc. is presented as a compliance-focused commercial unmanned aircraft dealership and acquisition company. Proposed transactions are reviewed in light of commercial suitability, product availability, end-user information, destination information, and other lawful qualification criteria.

2. Sanctions and restricted-party screening

The company does not knowingly transact with sanctioned or prohibited countries, territories, individuals, entities, or organizations, and it reserves the right to conduct or require sanctions and restricted-party screening as part of transaction review.

3. Export-control sensitivity

Certain aviation, unmanned systems, sensors, software, payload, communications, navigation, imaging, or related items may raise export-control, re-export, destination, or end-use considerations. The company reserves the right to condition or decline transactions that raise unresolved legal or compliance concerns.

4. End-user and destination review

Where appropriate, the company may request information concerning the purchaser, ultimate end user, intended operating environment, destination, use case, and related commercial or compliance details before moving forward with a transaction.

5. FAA-related boundary statements

References to FAA concepts, founder aviation credentials, Part 107, registration, Remote ID, or airspace authorization are provided for lawful commercial context only. They do not mean that the company is FAA-approved, FAA-endorsed, or licensed by the FAA as a dealer.

6. Operator responsibility

The lawful operation of any aircraft remains the responsibility of the operator and end user. That responsibility may include pilot qualification, aircraft registration, marking, Remote ID compliance where applicable, mission planning, airspace authorization, operations-over-people analysis, insurance review, and observance of applicable federal, state, local, and site-specific restrictions.

7. Use-case review

The company reserves the right to decline participation in transactions that present unresolved compliance concerns, prohibited destinations, problematic end uses, inadequate documentation, or other risk factors inconsistent with the company’s standards.

8. No promise of approval

No inquiry, conversation, preliminary quote, website statement, or capability summary should be treated as confirmation that a proposed product, destination, or use case has passed compliance review. Final transaction eligibility remains subject to internal review and documentation.
